We are a family-owned excavation contractor in Manheim, PA. We have a combined 57+ years of experience in the excavation and construction industry and strive to exceed our customers’ expectations in everything that we do. We service commercial and residential customers including homeowners and contractors in excavations of all types. We pride ourselves on completing projects in a timely manner and on budget.

We are excited to announce at the beginning of 2023 Raffensperger Enterprises LLC fully acquired PR Builders, formerly Pusey & Raffensperger Builders Inc. With this acquisition, we are continuing the PR Builders legacy by servicing customers as a general contractor under the PR Builders name throughout central Pennsylvania and Delaware.
